At Total Look Hair Co., our policies are in place to protect your time, our time, and the quality of care we provide to every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment at Total Look Hair Co., a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your scheduled time and is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Clients may reschedule their appointment one time, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Your original deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Cancellations
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. The forfeited deposit serves as the cancellation fee for the missed appointment.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit before booking a future appointment.
Thank you for understanding that reserved appointment times are limited and held specifically for each client.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arriving late may shorten your service time
If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee
Payments & Fees
Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking or service.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking
Fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows are enforceable
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of Total Look Hair Co.

Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during services for educational and marketing purposes.
Images are used anonymously by default
No identifying information is shared without additional permission
Right to Refuse Service
Total Look Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if policies are not respected or if behavior is inappropriate.
